1. General
1.1 purpose of the ordinance
1.1.1 these regulations (hereinafter referred to as"This agreement") are made by FlowWeb (hereinafter referred to as"FlowWeb""We" or"The company") , it is designed to regulate your downloading, installing, using, copying, updating, and uninstalling of the FlowWeb browser software and all of its derived services.
1.1.2 by clicking"Agree" or actually using the software, means that you (hereinafter referred to as"User" or"You") have read, understand and agree to be bound by this agreement and all references (including privacy policy, additional terms, community guidelines) ; If you do not agree, please immediately stop using and uninstall the software.
1.1.3 this agreement shall apply to users in any jurisdiction worldwide; in the event of a conflict between the provisions of local mandatory law and this agreement, the local law shall prevail, without prejudice to the remaining provisions.
2 definitions
2.1"Software" means FlowWeb browser executables, installers, patches, extensions, supporting mobile applications and cloud components.
2.2"Account" means a unique identifier that a user has registered with FlowWeb via email, third-party social login, or other means.
2.3"Content" means any data, information, files, codes, media or other materials accessed, downloaded, uploaded, synchronized or generated by the user through this software.
"Force majeure" means an objective event that can not be foreseen, avoided or overcome, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, riots, government actions, hacking attacks, backbone network disruption, etc. .
3. Authorization and restrictions
3.1 delegation of authority
3.1.1FlowWeb grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-re-licensed personal license to download, install and run the software.
3.1.2 FlowWeb reserves all rights not expressly granted, except that the open source component is subject to its original license.
3.2 use restrictions
3.2.1 users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to obtain the source code of this software.
3.2.2 the user shall not delete, obscure or modify any copyright, trademark or other proprietary statement in this software.
3.2.3 users shall not use this software to commit any act that violates applicable laws and regulations, infringes the rights and interests of third parties or undermines the security of the network, including but not limited to:
3.2.3.1 dissemination of malicious software, viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful programs;
3.2.3.2. Initiates or assists DDoS attacks, brute force, port scanning;
3.2.3.3 infringement of the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights and reputation rights of others;
3.2.3.4 large-scale grabbing, indexing or mirroring of content from third-party websites through automated procedures without written permission from the relevant website.
4. Account Registration and security
4.1 obligations of registration
4.1.1 users shall ensure that the information submitted is true, accurate, complete, legal and up-to-date.
4.1.2 if the user is a minor, the registration must be completed with a guardian and the Guardian assumes full responsibility for the actions of the minor on the software.
4.1.3FlowWeb reserves the right to refuse to register or cancel a registered account based on compliance, security or risk control needs.
4.2 account security
4.2.1 the user shall maintain safe custody of account credentials including but not limited to passwords, secondary authentication devices and recovery keys.
4.2.2 if an unauthorized use of an account or other security vulnerability is detected, users should immediately contact the mlanko@rapidfixcomercializadora.com Notify US and cooperate to take appropriate action.
4.2.3 the user shall be responsible for any loss arising from the improper custody or authorization of the account by the user.
5. Software updates
5.1 updating mechanism
FlowWeb may push updates through silent downloads or pop-up prompts to fix vulnerabilities, enhance functionality, or meet legal requirements.
6. Content policy and user behavior
6.1 users bear full legal responsibility for the content they create, upload, publish and disseminate.
6.2FlowWeb has the right (but not the obligation) to censor, delete, block or disconnect user content if it finds violations of laws, regulations or this agreement.
6.3 examples of prohibited content (non-exhaustive) :
7.3.1 promote terrorism, extremism, racial discrimination and violence;
7.3.2 content that is pornographic, obscene or unsuitable for children or that violates the legitimate rights and interests of minors;
7.3.3 piracy, cracking software, serial numbers, malicious scripts;
7.3.4 false advertising, pyramid schemes, gambling or solicitation of criminal information.
7. Intellectual property declarations
7.1 this software and all its original content, trademarks, service marks, interface design, patents and trade secrets are owned by FlowWeb or its legal licensors.
7.2 the intellectual property rights of the original content generated by the user in the course of using the software are owned by the user or by related rights holders; the user grants a global, free, non-exclusive license to FlowWeb, to store, display, copy, and distribute the content in this software and promotional materials.
7.3 if users feel that this software or third-party content infringes their intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to mlanko@rapidfixcomercializadora.com. We will process and feedback in 7 working days, and provide proof of ownership, links and contact information.
8. Privacy and data security
8.1FlowWeb collects, uses, stores, shares and protects user data in strict compliance with the FlowWeb privacy policy.
8.2 users can view, export, correct or delete their personal data at any time under settings-privacy.
9. Termination and suspension
9.1 user may terminate this agreement by uninstalling this software at any time.
9.2FlowWeb has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of services to users in the following circumstances:
11.2.1 user is in breach of this agreement or any law or regulation;
11.2.2 judiciary or executive branch requirements;
11.2.3 force majeure cause service to cease.
9.3 upon termination of this agreement, FlowWeb will delete or anonymize user data in accordance with the privacy policy, unless otherwise required by law and regulation.
10. Notice of amendments to regulations
10.1FlowWeb May amend this agreement based on business developments, changes in laws and regulations, or security requirements.
10.2 the revised agreement will be published on the official website.
10.3 users who continue to use the software after the revision becomes effective shall be deemed to have accepted the revision. If they do not agree, they shall cease to use the software and close their accounts.
11. Full Agreement
11.1 this agreement, together with the privacy policy, additional terms and conditions, and community guidelines, constitutes your complete agreement with FlowWeb to use this software and supersedes any prior oral or written agreement.
